Such a silent place! You can just hear sounds of the cicadas and the wind! Total change from downtown Athens! Loved the stay and the hospitality. The kids loved the club and the park nearby! Don’t hesitate to visit that location and house!

Wow what can I say about her! She is by far the most amazing host I have ever had! She was fantastic from the beginning, fast responses and easy to get in touch with. The place was extremely clean and loved the eclectic style as well. Nice and close to the rafina port too. I would highly recommend her as a host. I only wished that we could have stayed longer there!

About the villa and the neighbourhood

This beautiful cosy villa, was built among the first houses in the Kallitechnoupoly area, which was called thus because of the land plots which were bought by the Greek syndicates of artists in 1971. The municipality features tennis courts, parks for children, a café-restaurant, a basketball court and a school for dancers.

The villa itself was designed by a famous architect living in the nearby area and was built in 1981 and renovated in 2010 and in 2015. Special attention was given to all of the construction aspects such as; fireplaces brought from the United States; two fully furnished Siemens kitchens brought from Germany, solid wood for all doors/windows and mounted furniture. Both stairs and floors made in Greek marble indoors and outdoors; a two levels high games-room or conference centre, orchard trees, double parking, swimming-pool….
